2024 Stickers Are Now Available

The Village of Wayne City is starting the 4th year of offering Golf Cart/ATV permits within the village limits. The first year was successful and well received from all. The participation was down last year, yet the number of cart/ATV's stayed the same or even increased. It is necessary to get a permit EVERY YEAR to be in complaince with the village ordinance.
Permits are available at the Village Hall during business hours (8:00-4:30). Golf Cart/ATV's must have a permit on board the vehicle, in addition to a visible sticker that is a part of the ordinance this year. Failure to provide the appropriate permit will result in an ordinance violation. If a permit is obtained within 10 days of a citation, the fee of citation will be voided.

***Reminder that to purchase a permit and drive a Golf Cart/ATV, you must have a valid drivers license.
2023 stickers are now available for purchase at Village Hall. Cost is $35 for renewal stickers. Office hours are 8-4:30 Monday thru Friday.
