Wayne City School

Wayne City is home to the Wayne City Braves and the Wayne City Indians. The Village of Wayne City School District's mission is to provide the highest quality education by creating life-long learners through comprehensive academic, athletic, cultural, and extra-curricular opportunities for the children of our community. Within our village, we have one school district where students K-12 attend. The building in which the students attend school was contructed in 2015 and was finished in time for the 2016 school year. Our community takes pride in our new facility along with our new agriculture building that has recently been built from the ground up, as well. Providing excellent education to our children is a top priority.

The Village of Wayne City's vision is to partner with the community, in a stable, safe and caring “hometown” learning environment that focuses on the changing needs of our students and achieves educational excellence.
