Minutes

Board meeting minutes are a product of each meeting, where one individual will be designated secretary of the meeting and will be responsible for preparing the minutes, essentially written notes, about the discussions by the Board and setting forth any formal resolution adopted by the meeting. The Village of Wayne City's Board Meeting Minutes will be posted as they are approved.
